Coach Profile

Jenny Slattery, from Plattsburgh, NY, brings her experience as a player and a coach to the soccer club. Jenny played for Plattsburgh High School mainly in the midfield. Her coaching background includes coaching for Newburyport High School’s JV team and coaching the U6 and U8 teams at PFC for the past 2 years. Coach Slattery has begun Grass Roots coursework will be continuing with it this spring. Jenny is a high school science teacher and has worked with children ages 11-18 in the classroom and younger children through science programming she brings to the elementary schools. Player development is a crucial aspect of coaching for Jenny and she focuses on helping athletes reach their full potential and creating a positive environment for all players. Jenny also enjoys coaching youth basketball and time with her husband and four children.
